BSNL introduces Universal ITC card with per second pulse w.e.f 10.07.2010 for a period of six months.
BSNL, a leading telecom service provider in India has announced a new Universal ITC card that offers per second pulse. BSNL has introduced this card from 10 Jun 2010 and this will be valid for a period of 6 months.
